James and Sean were a pleasure to have in the home. On time each day, polite, courteous and very knowledgeable. Helped us with the logistics of a house renovation and when and what needs doing next.
Extremely pleased with the work and highly recommended. James will be returning to do more work for us. Nothing was too much trouble and very fairly priced.

Google2026-06-16“James recently fitted my new boiler (and helped keep my old one going for as long as possible before that) and he's always been prompt with responding/calling out, he arrives on time, and very reasonable with pricing. He goes above and beyond to help, such as fixing the supply to my washing machine for no extra charge.
The new boiler works great, he talked me through how to use the new thermostat, gave tips on how to save money on gas, and even though he put down sheets to protect the carpet that was being walked on during the installation, he still cleaned upwards and hoovered the room, the stairs and hallway!

James came out on the same day to diagnose the issue. 15 year old boiler had finally bitten the dust. James was really helpful and knowledgeable and assisted in choosing the correct boiler based on my requirements. He went through boiler multiple options including servicing contracts and was able to find the correct boiler to fit existing boiler cabinet that was built in. Throughout the whole process communication was flawless with a very professional approach.The installation was completed in one day. James was very respectful of the house, everything was kept neat and tidy (mats down to protect all the floors and carpets and everything was vacuumed/tidied before he left, not even a speck dust left behind). Replaced 6 very old rads (relocating 3 of them) & installing a 7th. Relocated external gas pipe to inside the house & below the upstairs floorboards (travelling from front to back of house). They worked tirelessly throughout the four & half days, each day clearing up & storing their tools neatly in 2 areas of my house. Siôn also made sure my bed was put back for the night. James is the 1st person I've seen do brickwork properly, by removing damaged bricks & matching up the pattern using new bricks. Siôn helped me set up the App to control the Halo Smart Thermostat from my phone. The customer service I received from James & Siôn was exemplary, from information, advice, alternative good ideas, organisation, process for paying the bill to replying to my texts faster than expected. James & Siôn are fabulous guys with great personalities & their work is outstanding. Many thanks from another extremely happy customer.”

I can only say that the excellent service that we have received from James at Green Flame has helped to turn a rotten week into one that has ended on a warm and toasty note. I spoke to him for the first time on Wednesday, and he assured me that he would be able to see us on Friday. He duly arrived on Friday, on time and texting me to say when he was on his way. Once at our home, he took control of the old, cranky and unattended radiators, and managed to transform our beast of a boiler into a well running and efficient machine. We had a new boiler fitted by Siôn & James earlier this week after getting a few quotes. Their quote was competitive and of all the companies quoting they seemed like they would do a good job.
Throughout our installation (and the lead up) their communication was good. The job they did was tidy and professional. We have a big old house so the install took 2.5 days as previously there was no gas boiler in the property. Each day they ensured the areas they were working in were left clean and tidy. The new boiler is working perfectly (long may this continue). Thank you guys.

A great start and it got even better. The boiler at the property I rent had stopped working and was also leaking. James got there within the hour , kept me and the tenant informed was clear about pricing and timescales. I felt so confident that I also got the landlords certificate done at the same time.
